Ski Trip 2011
On the 18th February Ripon College took 25 students skiing to Austria. We stayed in a traditional Austrian Village called Pfunds. Seeing as the village was on the Austria/Switzerland border we had the opportunity to ski three days in Austria and three days in Switzerland.
Students experienced traditional Tin Pin Bowling, Pizza Night and a ski show performed by the ski instructors, where they went up the mountain in the evening by chair lift, watched the show and sledged back down the mountain, which was a fantastic experience for everyone concerned.
Most importantly the students were a credit to the school and to themselves. We are now looking forward to another extremely successful ski trip in December 2012.
